How to View User Activity Logs

Viewing user activity logs allows you to track all activities performed on the platform, helping with operational control and auditing. See how to access this information below.

1st Step: Accessing the System Logs Administration Module

In the lower left side menu, click “Settings” to access “System Logs” (eye icon), located in the upper left corner of the screen, to the right of “Card Tracker” (magnifying glass icon).

2nd Step: Viewing Activity Records

Inside the “Logs” tab, you will see a list of actions containing:

  • User: the person responsible for the action.
  • Action: type of activity (Create, Update, Remove, Verify).
  • Entity: the affected element (for example, Pipeline, Database,          User).
  • Date/Time: the exact moment when the action was recorded.

Best Practices:

  • Access the logs shortly after critical operations to verify details.
  • Review columns and timestamps carefully to avoid misinterpretations.
  • Restrict access to logs only to authorized users.
  • Record suspicious actions for future audits.
  • Update internal documentation if interface changes occur.
