2nd Step: Overview of Metrics

The Dashboard displays key indicators to monitor process health. The main metrics are:

  • Lead Time: total time between the creation of a card and its completion.
  • Cycle Time: time between the start of work on a card and its delivery.
  • Throughput: number of cards completed in a period (monthly).
  • Work in Progress (WIP): number of cards in progress simultaneously at a given moment.

3rd Step: Filtering by Year and Pipeline

  1. Above the charts, locate the Year dropdown and select the desired year to reload all metrics for that period.
  2. Below, use the columns to switch between the pipelines configured in octapipe.

When changing the year or pipeline, the Dashboard automatically reloads all charts and metrics.

4th Step: Manually Refreshing Data (Reload)

If you need to force a data refresh without leaving the screen:

  1. Click the Reload icon (circular arrow) in the upper right corner of the Dashboard.

  2. All charts and indicators will update to reflect the most recent changes in the database.

5th Step: Detailed Charts and Indicators
