A new tab will open, allowing you to monitor the flow of requests (cards) created in octapipe, displaying active, pending, and completed requests.

2nd Step: Searching for a Request

  1. At the top of the screen, use the “Code” field to enter the identification code (card code) of the request you want to track.

  2. Press "Enter" or click the “Track” button to start the search.

If the code is valid, the system will display the corresponding card information. Otherwise, the following message will appear: “Card not found. Please check the code and try again.”. In this case, click “Back” and enter the correct code.

3rd Step: Viewing Card Details

When opening the card, a panel will display detailed information about the request, including:

  • Pipeline
  • Progress
  • Movement history (dates and duration of each stage)

4th Step: Real-Time Monitoring

The main Card Tracker list updates automatically, ensuring that changes made by other users or teams appear in real time.

Best Practices:

  • Check the code before clicking “Track” to avoid incorrect searches.
  • Refresh the page if the card does not appear to ensure the information is up to date.
