How to Search or Filter Cards

Searching or filtering cards helps you quickly locate specific information and stay focused on what matters. See how to do it below.

1st Step: Accessing the Pipelines/Cards Module

In the upper left side menu, click “Pipelines” or “Cards” to open the list of available cards.

2nd Step: Quick Search by Name, Code, or Tag

Above the list, in the "Search By…" field, type part of the card name, code, or tag.

  1. Click the field.

  2. Type the desired term.

  3. Press "Enter".

The list will be filtered instantly without opening the filters panel.

For more specific searches:

  1. Click the "Filter" button represented by the funnel icon.

  2. In the modal, choose:

  • Field: attribute that will be filtered (e.g., Pipeline Stage, Name, Code, Tags, Owner, Created At, Updated At).
  • Operator: defines the type of comparison (Equal, Different, Contains, Greater Than, etc.).
  • Value: parameter used in the filtering (e.g., name, code, user, date).

4th Step: Selecting the Field

In the Field dropdown, choose the attribute you want to filter by:

  • Pipeline Stage
  • Name (Card Name)
  • Code (unique code)
  • Tags
  • Owner (responsible user)
  • Created At
  • Updated At

5th Step: Choosing the Operator

The Operator dropdown adapts to the selected Field type:

  • Pipeline Stage: Equal, Different
  • Name / Code / Tags: Equal, Different, Contains, Does Not Contain
  • Owner: Equal, Different
  • Created At / Updated At: Equal, Different, Greater Than, Less Than, Greater or Equal, Less or Equal

6th Step: Defining the Value

In the Value column, enter the comparison parameter:

  • Pipeline Stage: select the exact stage (e.g., New Request, In Progress).
  • Name / Code: type the text or code number.
  • Tags: select the registered tag.
  • Owner: select the responsible user.
  • Created At / Updated At: use the date selector to choose a date or range.

7th Step: Applying and Clearing Filters

  1. After configuring Field, Operator, and Value, click “Apply Filter” to refine the list.

  2. To remove all filters and return to the full view, click “Clear Filter”, represented by the brush icon next to the "Mass Update" button represented by the copy icon.

Best Practices:

  • Use free search for quick lookups.
  • Combine multiple filters for greater precision.
  • Prefer “Contains” for partial searches and “Equal” for exact matches.
  • Limit date ranges to avoid overloading the list.
  • Always clear filters after finishing your search.
