How to Remove a Web Form

Removing a web form allows you to permanently delete a model that will no longer be used, freeing space and preventing unintended submissions. See how to perform this process below.

1st Step: Accessing the Web Forms Administration Module

In the lower left side menu, click “Settings” to access “Web Forms”, located in the upper center of the screen, to the left of “Card Tracker”.

3rd Step: Finalizing the Removal

After confirming the deletion, a notification will appear in the lower left corner of the screen indicating that the form was successfully deleted.

Best Practices:

  • Check for pending submissions before deleting to avoid losing important data.
  • Inform the team about the form removal to avoid confusion.
  • Back up the data by exporting or saving received responses for historical records and reports.
  • Review integrations and disable notifications, automations, or workflows that depend on the form.
  • Consider using private mode first if you are unsure whether the form should be removed.
