When exporting data in CSV format, Excel may open the file with accentuation issues, displaying some characters incorrectly. This happens because Excel does not always automatically recognize the UTF-8 encoding standard used by octapipe. Follow the step-by-step guide below to resolve this issue.
Open Microsoft Excel normally.

In the top menu, click:
This path forces Excel to respect the file’s encoding standard.

Locate the file exported from octapipe and click “Import”.

In the preview screen, confirm exactly the following options:
Important: octapipe exports CSV files using “UTF-8” encoding and “Semicolon” as the separator. Any other combination may cause reading errors.

Click “Load”.
The data will be imported correctly, with all accents and special characters preserved.
By following this import flow, you ensure that data exported from octapipe is displayed correctly in Excel, without information loss or character encoding issues. This prevents rework, reading errors, and misinterpretation of data.
