3º Adjusting access permissions:

In the user editing panel, configure the following items:

  • Enabled pipelines: select which pipelines the user will be able to view or edit.

  • Permission Level: enable permissions to create or manage users, depending on the profile.

The available permission levels are:

  • Administrator: full access to the entire software, including the administration menu, account data editing, and permission to use bulk card deletion.
  • Manager: almost all administrator permissions, but cannot edit account data. However, they can manage other users and access the administration menu.
  • User: can view and edit all cards, but cannot delete cards they are not responsible for.
  • Restricted User: can view all cards, but can only edit or delete those they are responsible for.
  • External User: can only view, edit, or delete the cards they are responsible for.
  • Inspector: can navigate through the system, but cannot create, update, or delete records.

4º Saving the changes:

After defining pipelines and permissions, click “Save All” in the lower corner of the screen. A success notification will confirm the update.

Best practices:

  • Review permissions periodically to ensure alignment with current responsibilities.

  • Confirm assigned pipelines before saving to avoid unauthorized access.

  • Document profile changes to maintain history and transparency.
