How to Manage Tasks in a Card

Managing tasks in a card allows you to organize work into smaller steps, making tracking and execution easier. See how to do it below.

1st Step: Accessing the Pipelines/Cards Module

In the upper left side menu, click “Pipelines” or “Cards” to open the list of available cards.

2nd Step: Finding and Opening the Card

  1. Select the pipeline where the card whose tasks you want to manage is located.

  2. Scroll through the list or use the search bar to locate the desired card.

  3. Click anywhere on the card to open the details modal.

3rd Step: Creating a Task

  1. Click the Tasks tab.

  2. Click “New Task”.

  3. Fill in Task Name, Due Date, and Owner (optional).

  4. Click “Create Task”.

4th Step: Completing and Deleting Tasks

  • To complete: check the checkbox to the left of the task.
  • To delete: open the task (eye icon) and click the trash icon.
