How to Link a Database to a Card

1st Step: Accessing the Pipelines Module

In the upper left side menu, click “Pipelines” and choose the pipeline where you want to create the link.

2nd Step: Opening the Pipeline Settings

  1. Click “Module Settings”, represented by the “(...)” icon in the upper right corner.

  2. The “Update Pipeline” modal will appear with editable fields.

  3. In the tab that appears, select “Fields” to manage custom fields.

3rd Step: Creating a New Custom Field

  1. Click “Add Custom Field”.
  2. In the displayed form, define: Suppliers, etc.).
  • Name: label that will appear on the card (e.g., Product, Customer, Supplier).
  • Type: select “Lookup” to link a database.

  • Use the same field across different pipelines to maintain consistency.
  • Verify that the database contains updated records before linking.
