3rd Step: Selecting the Field

In the Field dropdown, choose the attribute you want to filter by:

  • Pipeline Stage
  • Name
  • Code
  • Owner
  • Created At
  • Updated At

4th Step: Choosing the Operator

The Operator dropdown changes depending on the selected field:

  • For Pipeline Stage: Equal, Not Equal
  • For Name or Code: Equal, Not Equal, Contains, Does Not Contain
  • For Owner: Equal, Not Equal
  • For Created At or Updated At: Equal, Not Equal, Greater Than, Less Than, Greater or Equal, Less or Equal

5th Step: Defining the Value

In the Value column, enter the comparison parameter:

  • Pipeline Stage: select the desired stage (e.g., “New Request”, “In Progress”).
  • Name/Code: type the text to search.
  • Owner: select the responsible user.
  • Created At/Updated At: use the date picker to define a date or range.

7th Step: Clearing the Filters

To return to the full view, click “Clear Filter” (brush icon) next to the “Bulk Update” button (copy icon).

All filter criteria will be removed, displaying all cards again.

Best Practices:

  • Combine multiple filters (e.g., Pipeline Stage + Owner) for better segmentation.
  • Use “Contains” for partial text searches and “Equal” for exact matches.
  • Limit date ranges to improve performance in pipelines with many cards.
  • Clear filters after use to avoid partial views in future sessions.
