How to Edit and Reorder Pipeline Stages

Editing and reordering pipeline stages allows you to keep the workflow organized and aligned with process changes. See below how to perform these updates.

1st Step: Accessing the Pipelines Module

In the upper left side menu, click “Pipelines” and open the pipeline you want to adjust.

2nd Step: Opening the Pipeline Settings

1. Click “Module Settings”, represented by the “(...)” icon in the upper right corner.
2. In the “Update Pipeline” modal, locate the “Pipeline Stages” section.

3rd Step: Editing an Existing Stage

1. Click on the name of the stage you want to edit.
2. In the “Update Stage” modal, adjust Name or SLA as needed.
3. Click “Update Stage” at the bottom of the window to save the changes.

1. In the “Pipeline Stages” modal, position the cursor over the desired stage.
2. Drag the stage to the desired position in the list.
3. The new order will be updated automatically.
