Editing a user allows you to update information, permissions, and access settings, ensuring the profile is always aligned with the team’s needs.
In the lower-left side menu, click on “Users”.

This section displays all registered users, allowing you to search, edit, or deactivate any record.
Locate the desired user in the list.
Click on the corresponding row to open their profile.

Full NameA form will be displayed with the user’s current data. You can edit the following fields:
Important: When updating the password, both fields (password and confirmation) must be filled in. If there is no need to change the password, leave both fields blank.
After making the desired changes, click “Save All” in the lower corner of the window.
A success notification will appear in the lower-left corner of the screen indicating that the user has been successfully updated.
Keep the email stable: avoid changing emails frequently to preserve login history.
Change passwords carefully: request updates only when necessary or for security reasons.
Review permissions when promoting: confirm responsibilities before adjusting roles.
Confirm access after editing: check with the user to ensure login is working correctly.
