How to Edit a User

Editing a user allows you to update information, permissions, and access settings, ensuring the profile is always aligned with the team’s needs.

1º Accessing the user administration module:

3º Updating user information:

Full NameA form will be displayed with the user’s current data. You can edit the following fields:

  • Email
  • Phone
  • Password and Password Confirmation (optional)
  • Role/Permissions (Administrator, Manager, etc.)
  • Enabled Pipelines (pipelines available to the user)

Important: When updating the password, both fields (password and confirmation) must be filled in. If there is no need to change the password, leave both fields blank.

4º Saving the changes:

After making the desired changes, click “Save All” in the lower corner of the window.

A success notification will appear in the lower-left corner of the screen indicating that the user has been successfully updated.

Best practices:

  • Keep the email stable: avoid changing emails frequently to preserve login history.

  • Change passwords carefully: request updates only when necessary or for security reasons.

  • Review permissions when promoting: confirm responsibilities before adjusting roles.

  • Confirm access after editing: check with the user to ensure login is working correctly.

Conclusion:

You have learned how to edit a user, from opening the form to updating permissions. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
