3rd Step: Changing the Pipeline Name

  1. In the modal, locate the “Name” field.
  2. Edit the text to the desired new name (e.g., “Support Pipeline”).

4th Step: Configuring the Summary Field (Optional)

  1. Still in the modal, open the “Summary Field” dropdown to select a numeric field.
  2. Choose the field that will automatically aggregate totals in the pipeline header.

5th Step: Defining Automatic Card Assignment (Optional)

The “Automatically Assign Card Owner” feature allows you to balance workload among pipeline users. When enabled, the system automatically assigns new cards to the user with the fewest active cards.

  1. Locate the “Automatically Assign Card Owner” button within the pipeline edit modal.
  2. By default, this option is disabled. To enable it, simply click the button.

This setting is only available during pipeline editing and does not appear during creation, as the system keeps it disabled by default.

6th Step: Saving the Changes and Verifying

  1. Click “Save” in the lower corner of the modal.
  2. Verify the updated tab or pipeline name in the top bar.

Best Practices:

  • Keep names consistent with the process objectives.
  • Use the Summary Field only in flows that handle numeric values.
  • Review the pipeline view after saving to ensure the changes are correct.
