How to Delete an Automation

Deleting an automation is useful for removing rules that are no longer relevant to your processes or have been replaced by new configurations.

1st Step: Accessing the Automations Administration Module

In the lower left side menu, click “Automations” to open the full list.

2nd Step: Locating the Automation

In the automations list, find the automation you want to delete. Use the search bar or browse the list to locate it more quickly.

3rd Step: Deleting the Automation

  1. Click on the desired automation to open the details.
  2. In the upper or lower right corner of the edit form, click “Delete”.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation window.

4th Step: Verifying the Deletion

After confirmation, the automation will be removed from the list and will no longer run in processes.

  • Delete only automations that are no longer in use or do not impact active processes.
