Defining pipeline access permissions ensures that each user can only view and interact with workflows relevant to their role. See below how to configure it.
1st Step: Accessing the Users Administration Module
In the lower left side menu, click “Users”.
This section displays all registered users, allowing you to create and edit profiles.
2nd Step: Opening the User Form
When creating a new user:
- Click “New User” in the upper left corner.
- The creation modal will be displayed with data and permission fields.
When editing an existing user:
- Locate the desired user in the list and click on the corresponding row.
- The edit modal will be displayed with the current data.

3rd Step: Configuring Pipeline Access
- In the creation or edit modal, scroll to the “Enabled Pipelines” field.
- Click the “Enabled Pipelines” dropdown to display the list of available pipelines.
- Check or uncheck the boxes corresponding to the pipelines the user should access.
- After selection, click outside the dropdown to close it.
- Click “Save” (in the creation modal) or “Save” (in the edit modal) to apply the changes.
Best Practices:
- Grant access only to necessary pipelines to avoid excessive permissions.
- Review enabled pipelines periodically for each user.
- Document changes in an internal changelog for auditing.
- Inform the user about newly granted access after configuration.
