How to Define Pipeline Access Permissions

Defining pipeline access permissions ensures that each user can only view and interact with workflows relevant to their role. See below how to configure it.

1st Step: Accessing the Users Administration Module

In the lower left side menu, click “Users”.

3rd Step: Configuring Pipeline Access

  1. In the creation or edit modal, scroll to the “Enabled Pipelines” field.
  2. Click the “Enabled Pipelines” dropdown to display the list of available pipelines.
  3. Check or uncheck the boxes corresponding to the pipelines the user should access.
  4. After selection, click outside the dropdown to close it.
  5. Click “Save” (in the creation modal) or “Save” (in the edit modal) to apply the changes.

Best Practices:

  • Grant access only to necessary pipelines to avoid excessive permissions.
  • Review enabled pipelines periodically for each user.
  • Document changes in an internal changelog for auditing.
  • Inform the user about newly granted access after configuration.
