1st Step: Accessing the Pipelines Module
In the upper left side menu, click “Pipelines”.
This section lists all available pipelines, allowing you to manage fields and stages.
2nd Step: Opening the Custom Fields Tab
- Select the desired pipeline by clicking its tab at the top.
- Click “Module Settings”, represented by the “(...)” icon in the upper right corner.
- In the “Update Pipeline” modal, click the “Fields” tab.

3rd Step: Creating a New Custom Field
- Click “+ Add Custom Field”.
- In the “Create Custom Field” modal, fill in:
- Label: text that will appear as the label (e.g., “Customer”).
- Type: select the input type (Text, Number, Email, Select, Date, etc.).
- Layout: choose Single or Double for width in the card or form.
- Placeholder: enter example text that will appear inside the field.
- Mask: define a formatting pattern (e.g., (000) 000-0000).
- Is the Field Required?: enable if the field must be filled.
- Is the Field Read Only?: enable if the field cannot be edited by users.
1. Click “Create Field” at the bottom of the window to create it.

4th Step: Defining Visibility Rules
- Still in the “Create Custom Field” or “Update Custom Field” modal, click the “Visibility” tab next to “Field”.
- Fill in each visibility rule:
- Field: choose the controlling field (e.g., “Status”).
- Operator: select the condition (Equal, Not Equal, Contains, etc.).
- Value: enter the value that triggers visibility (e.g., “In Progress”).
1. Click “+ Add” for each additional rule (optional).
1. After configuring the rules, click “Create Field” or “Update Field” to save.

Best Practices:
- Use clear labels to make fields easy to understand.
- Define only necessary rules to avoid overloading the form.
- Test visibility by creating cards in different stages.
- Document each field and its rules in your internal wiki.
