Criar um novo usuário permite conceder acesso à plataforma com permissões e funções adequadas, garantindo controle e segurança no uso da octapipe.
In the lower-left side menu, click on “Users”.
This section displays all registered users, with the option to edit, deactivate, or create new ones.
Click the “New User” button located in the upper-left corner of the screen.
A modal form will be displayed.
The creation form is divided into required and optional fields:
Full Name: enter the user’s full name.
Email: this will be the login identifier.
Phone: (optional): enter a valid phone number with area code.
Password and Password Confirmation: set a secure password. Both fields must match.
Role: choose the user’s access profile (Administrator, Manager, etc.).

After filling in all fields and configuring the permissions, click “Create User”.
A success notification will appear in the lower-left corner of the screen, and the new user will appear in the general user list.
Create only necessary access: grant permissions strictly relevant to the user’s role.
Review permissions regularly: periodically check to avoid outdated privileges.
Use standardized names and avoid duplicate emails: maintain a clear convention to keep organization structured.
Encourage password change on first login: reinforces security from the start.
