How to Bulk Update Cards

Updating cards in bulk allows you to apply changes to multiple records at once, saving time and ensuring consistency in the information.

1st Step: Accessing the Pipelines/Cards Module

In the upper left side menu, click “Pipelines” or “Cards” to open the list of available cards.

2nd Step: Applying Filters to Select Cards

  1. Click the “Filter” button (funnel icon) in the upper right corner of the Cards bar.

  2. In the “Filter” modal, configure Field, Operator, and Value to determine which cards will be updated.

  3. Click “Apply Filter” to display only the cards that match the criteria.

3rd Step: Starting the Bulk Edit

With the cards filtered, click the "Mass Update" button (copy icon) in the header, next to the "Clear Filter" and "Mass Removal" buttons.

4th Step: Configuring the Fields to Update

In the Mass Update panel, choose which fields will be applied to all selected cards:

  • Name: changes the name of the cards.
  • Owner: assigns a new responsible user.
  • Pipeline Stage: moves all cards to the same stage.
  • Custom Fields: changes the value of a custom field. For each field, select or enter the desired value.

5th Step: Executing the Edit

  1. After filling in the new values, click “Save All” at the bottom of the Mass Update panel.

  2. A notification will appear in the lower left corner confirming that the bulk update was successfully completed.

  • Carefully filter to ensure the correct set of cards is selected before editing.
  • Review the values in the panel to avoid large-scale errors.
  • Test with a small batch before applying changes on a larger scale.
  • Keep a backup by exporting the filtered list of cards before making important changes.
