How to Bulk Delete Cards

This guide shows how to delete multiple cards at once by applying filters for selection and using the mass delete feature safely.

1st Step: Accessing the Pipelines/Cards Module

In the upper left side menu, click “Pipelines” or “Cards” to open the list of available cards.

2nd Step: Applying Filters to Select Cards

  1. Click the "Filter" button represented by the funnel icon in the upper right corner of the Cards bar.

  2. In the "Filter" modal, configure Field, Operator, and Value to determine which cards will be removed.

  3. Click "Apply Filter" to display only the cards that match the criteria.

3rd Step: Starting the Mass Removal

  1. With the cards filtered, click the "Bulk Delete" button represented by the trash icon in the header, next to the "Bulk Update" button represented by the copy icon.
  2. In the confirmation window that appears, review the message
  3. Click "Confirm" to delete all selected cards. The card list will automatically refresh, removing all deleted records.
