How to Activate Your octapipe Account

When creating an account in octapipe, you receive 15 days of free access to the Business plan (demo). After this period, you can continue using the free Starter plan or activate your account to keep the Business plan.

1st Step: Checking the Account Status

1. In the upper right corner of the screen, look for the red bell icon. It indicates how many days remain in your trial period.

2. When the trial expires, or if you click the icon, the upgrade screen will be displayed automatically.

2nd Step: Choosing a Plan

1. In the “Activate your account” window, select one of the available plans:

• Starter (Free): basic access with limited features.
• Business (R$ 89.90 / user / month): full access to all                        features, including automations, forms, and support.

3rd Step: Completing the Payment

You will be redirected to the secure payment page.

1. Enter your email and phone number.

2. Fill in the card fields (Number, Expiration Date, CVC, and Cardholder Name).

4th Step: Adjusting the Number of Users (Optional)

In the "Qty" field located on the left side of the screen, select the number of user licenses that will have access to the Business plan. The minimum allowed number is 10 users and the total price will be updated automatically according to the selected quantity.

5th Step: Confirming the Subscription

1. After reviewing the information, click “Subscribe” to complete the process.

2. The charge will be applied monthly according to the number of active licenses.
